A trade fair lasts three days. The story you tell from it can last six months.
Most companies spend thousands of euros on a stand and go home with a few phone photos. That's a waste. A trade fair is the moment of the year when your brand, your products and the people who make them are all in the same place, under the right light. Filmed properly, that's material that feeds your channels until the next fair. I cover trade fairs and industry events with a cinematic approach, not a reportage one: I don't chase everything — I choose the images that tell the brand's positioning and deliver them ready to work on social, in newsletters and in the sales deck.

Every coverage generates a library, not a single video. The Essential format covers one fair day with a hero reel, vertical social cuts and editorial stills. Standard adds a second day, more cuts and a post-fair teaser to thank clients and contacts. Premium covers three or more days with a longer hero, a broad library of cuts, stills and interviews with buyers, clients or the CEO.
Extra interviews, gala evening coverage or express delivery of the first cut within 24 hours — to publish while the fair is still running — can all be added.
The seasons
The peak windows are September–November and February–April. The best diaries fill up weeks in advance: if you have a fair on the calendar, let's talk before the week before.
